Report Problems.   Used if buyer or seller experience difficulties with the site.

Report Abuse or Misuse of the Site.   Used is anyone suspects anouther seller of selling shop bought goods or advertising inappropriate wares.

Report Bad Transactions.   Used by buyer or seller to report goods not sent/ not delivered/ damaged/ mis-represented/ unsatisfactory/ bad experience.

Suggestion Box.   Used by buyer or seller to suggest changes/ improvements or new categories.
