All orders dispatched by you, must contain an invoice with contact details other than just your YCL address. No items of a Mature Adult/Crude Sexual Nature are permitted. No Re-Selling. Non handmade items are only allowed in the Commercial Supplies section. All items sold are subject to UK Laws.

YouCraftyLot.com (YCL) acts as a forum for you the craft maker or commercial craft seller, to sell your goods. You are responsible for all content,wording,pictures,prices,postage(proof of sending/delivery) arrangements with regard to buying and selling goods,disputes, non payment of orders, returns,insurance,copyright issues,Local Authority Regulations,and National Regulations (ie Food Safety etc) Tax,National Insurance implications relating to your site goods and sales."
Admin reserves the right to remove a listing or shop ( without prior notice) that is deemed to be breaking the rules, or intentions of this site. Shops which remain empty for 8 weeks +, may be removed, however sellers may re-join at a later date. See ABOUT US page for definition of Handmade. |
